Julie Ann Dombeck has been hired as designer stylist at AfterHours by Cutting Loose.
SARASOTA, FL, May 02, 2010 /Beauty PR News/ -- Julie Ann Dombeck has been hired as designer stylist at AfterHours by Cutting Loose. Prior to joining AfterHours by Cutting Loose, Ms. Dombeck attended two Paul Mitchell Hair Camps, completed training with Vidal Sassoon Educators specializing in precision cut bobs, a Beth Minardi color class and Nick Arrojo cutting class. The Beth Minardi training allows staff members to learn from demonstration on models. One of the primary offerings from world renowned Nick Arrojo is the teaching of technical precision and creative know-how. These skills will place her on the fast track during her training at AfterHours by Cutting Loose. She joins the hair salon with more than six years experience.
Julie Ann will complete a speed course in-house training program in product knowledge, shadowing of senior level stylists, cutting procedures and other required proprietary technique mastery before beginning to build a clientele.
As is required, every stylist must continue to build their client base, stay in the know on all of hair's latest trends through continued education and training offered at the salon as well as outside resources. Ms. Dombeck has begun this process. She has the opportunity to attend Intercoiffure Mondial, which meets twice a year to forecast the fashion trends in the hair styling industry in addition to weekly in-house trainings to stay on the cutting edge. Coral Pleas, owner sits on the board of Intercoiffure Mondial, an international organization of the best hair stylists.
