Anne Galya has 40 years of experience at every level in the salon and spa industry
/Beauty PR News/ -- MANALAPAN, NJ, January 4, 2010, Anne Galya, Director of Avanti Day Resort, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in spa operations.
As director of Avanti Day Resort, Ms. Galya is responsible for staffing, training employees in the hair department, creating the curriculum for the three-month and nine-month program, and assisting with goal setting and career development. She also plays an important role in Avanti Day Resort's public relations efforts by updating the Web site and handling marketing, event planning and external networking tasks. She attributes her success to her tenacity.
Ms. Galya is a certified cosmetologist, esthetician, massage therapist, aromatherapist and makeup artist. A member of the Chamber of Commerce, Women In Business (WIB) and the Professional Beauty Association, she hopes to launch her new business and would like to recruit and perform staffing services for the salon and spa industry on an national level.
