With 25 years of professional experience, Ms. Benedetto is considered an expert in skincare. She is the founder of Aesthetics Institute, a sole proprietorship through which she develops cosmetic products for all skin types. A medical esthetician and veteran make-up artist, she treats clients with pigmentation problems and other skin issues, and creates products based on clients' needs. Ms. Benedetto is also dedicated to enriching the lives of local young women, counseling and training them, as well as offering them career opportunities that they had always been denied. She considers this the most rewarding aspect of her work, and attributes her success to her talent for creating beauty in everyone.
An active member of her community, Ms. Benedetto volunteers regularly with Garland Civic Theater. In five years, she hopes to establish a charity for young mothers, developing products for them and giving them the tools they need to work and build careers for themselves.
